Before you instal your joomla on your PC, you must instal XAMPP first. please download this program first Here.
1. Click the master of program you was download.

2. Select the langguage you need.

3. Click next on the confirmation windows.

4. Select where folder you wan to place this software.

5. Wait until this instalation finish.
6. Click yes for web server instalation. Then instalation finish.

7. Go to the control panel of XAMPP, then running the service you need.

This instalation is easy for the beginner. i can do it, you can make it better.
